Senior Accounting & Financial Consultant, ACCA/CMA/CA/CPA

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced and client-focused Senior Accounting & Financial Consultant. You'll be a fully qualified professional (ACCA, CMA, CA, or CPA) with a strong history of consulting with external clients on core accounting, financial, and critically, tax-related matters. This role demands excellent analytical and communication skills, plus a deep understanding of UAE financial regulations and tax laws (including VAT and upcoming Corporate Tax).

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Mandatory: Fully qualified professional accounting designation (ACCA, CMA, CA, or CPA).

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or consulting.
• At least 1 years in a client-facing advisory or consulting role, with a significant focus on tax consultation.
• Proven experience working with external clients across various industries in the UAE.
• In-depth practical understanding and application of UAE VAT law and strong knowledge of the upcoming UAE Corporate Tax law.
• Familiarity with various accounting software and ERP systems.

• Exceptional Client Service: Ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Advanced Financial & Tax Acumen: Deep understanding of accounting principles (IFRS) and comprehensive knowledge of UAE tax regulations.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and tax scenarios to develop practical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a significant plus). You'll be presenting information to diverse client audiences.
• Proactive & Organized: Ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and meet deadlines.
• Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in financial data analysis using Microsoft Excel
